In this course we will take a look at the process behind the Business Review project, as well as the process for Inbound Lead Management. The focus will be on the definitions of the different phases, how to enter the information correctly, and how to use Odoo as a tool for proactive customer and lead management. 

Topics covered include:

• What are the phases in the business review project and what do they mean in detail?
• How to create and track sub-tasks that arise as calls to action during a business review. 
• How to use the chatter for all other to-do's that are not related to the defined call-to-actions.
• What are inbound leads and what are the key sources?
• Definitions of the lead management process from lead to customer with associated phases. 
• How to manage inbound leads in Odoo and convert them into opportunities.

• How to use Odoo to manage leads and opportunities.
