• General navigation in Odoo
• Receiving and writing emails
• Creating, distributing and editing tasks
• Everything around tickets
• Everything about projects / tasks
• Odoo calendar and appointment link
• Rights and duties - What am I allowed to do. What do I have to do.

Odoo Environment

We use a staging environment in an Odoo 16 version for this course. You can log in to this environment with your normal login credentials.
