What is the Source Based Routing?
With source-based routing, various caller sources can be fed to certain defined routing profiles. E.g. Callers from Germany are automatically routed to a German service, and other countries to an English service.
Using the same principle, anonymous callers can be forwarded to an answering machine, for example. In this way, certain area codes are also forwarded to regional offices. The possibilities are manifold.
