There are a few things to consider when booking an 0800 number. Which ones?

An 0800 service number cannot be booked directly in the control panel. Why?

Regarding the chain allocation, there are guidelines of the Federal Network Agency for booking 0800 numbers / pools, which must be observed.

Therefore, please contact us at service@matelso.com if you want to book an 0800 number/pool.
 

Procedure:

You apply for the service number yourself to the Federal Network Agency:

If the corresponding assignment notice is available, it is submitted to matelso (with indication of the already created Subscriber ID). The requested service number will then be assigned by us.

Important:

It can take up to 3 weeks to apply for the number. Please arrange this in good time.

Good to know for agencies:

Agencies can apply for service numbers themselves at the Federal Network Agency (see link above) and send the assignment notices to matelso. The numbers are then stored at matelso and can be used by you for your customers if required.
