Der Neubau ist auch dringend nötig, da wir voll auf Wachstum setzen. Alles ist auf den Erfolg der neu im Markt eingeführten Software-as-a-Service-Lösung ausgerichtet – der matelso Platform. Im Zuge dieses Projekts bauten wir in den vergangenen zwölf Monaten kontinuierlich unsere Mitarbeiterzahl von rund 30 auf jetzt knapp 40 Angestellte aus. Ohne die räumliche und strukturelle Nähe zu den Wirtschafts-, Universitäts- und Technologie-Institutionen der Region wäre diese Entwicklung aber kaum möglich gewesen.

Unsere Partizipation an diesen Entwicklungen stärkt nicht nur unsere Wettbewerbsfähigkeit als Unternehmen, sondern auch die der gesamten Region. Ein wichtiges Ziel, das ich mit Leidenschaft unterstütze. Unser neues Firmengebäude ist ein wichtiges Bekenntnis dazu!”

Mit dem neuen Firmensitz, in dem künftig auf ca. 2.600 qm Raumfläche bis zu 90 Arbeitsplätze zur Verfügung stehen, schaffen wir uns weiterhin einen Ort, der die Firmenkultur zu 100% widerspiegelt. Diese beruht darauf, dass der Arbeitsplatz als Begegnungs-Hub fungieren soll – also ein Raum, in dem Mitarbeiter, Kunden und Geschäftspartner zusammenkommen und sich auf Augenhöhe austauschen und inspirieren können. Kern dieser Begegnungsstätte sind die voll ausgestattete Kantine sowie die angrenzenden Meeting- und Lounge-Bereiche, die zu einem offenen und persönlichen Austausch einladen.

Der hochwertig gebaute Bürokomplex deckt aber nicht nur die notwendigen räumlichen Anforderungen ab, sondern beeindruckt auch in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit: Eine Lüftungsanlage und Geothermie-Technologie sorgen für ein optimales Raumklima und umweltfreundliche Wärmeleistung. Zudem ist auch das Thema E-Mobilität im Gebäudekonzept bedacht: Mit einer Photovoltaik-Anlage soll genug Strom produziert werden, um eine eigene Flotte von E-Fahrzeugen klimaneutral betreiben zu können. All dies wird uns künftig dabei unterstützen, das geplante Wachstum zu bewältigen und uns im Wettbewerb gegenüber anderen Tech-Anbietern durchzusetzen – insbesondere auch in Sachen Recruiting und Employer Branding.

Dass wir jetzt schon eines der erfolgreichsten Unternehmen in der Tech-Region Pfalz sind, zeigen folgende Meilensteine: Erst vor kurzem bauten wir unsere Produkt- sowie Corporate-Teams in den Bereichen KI und Data Science sowie Kommunikation weiter aus und stellten im Zuge der Fachmesse DMEXCO in Köln unsere neue matelso Platform erstmals der Öffentlichkeit vor. Zudem erhielten wir in Q2 2022 eine Innovationsförderung des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz in Höhe von 500.000 Euro – aus dem Technologie-Förderprogramm InnoTop des Wirtschaftsministeriums, welches durch den Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung (EFRE) mitfinanziert wird.

The new building is also urgently needed, as we are fully committed to growth. Everything is geared towards the success of the newly launched Software-as-a-Service solution - the matelso Platform. In the course of this project, we have continuously expanded our workforce over the past twelve months from around 30 to now almost 40 employees. Without the spatial and structural proximity to the business, university and technology institutions in the region, however, this development would hardly have been possible.

With the new company headquarters, where in future up to 90 workplaces will be available on approx. 2,600 sqm of space, we furthermore are creating a place that reflects our company culture 100%. This is based on the fact that the workplace should function as a meeting hub – in other words, a space where employees, customers and business partners can come together and exchange ideas and inspiration at eye level. At the heart of this meeting place are the fully equipped canteen and the adjacent meeting and lounge areas, which invite open and personal exchange.

However, the high-quality built office complex not only covers the necessary spatial requirements, but also impresses in terms of sustainability: a modern ventilation system and geothermal technology ensure an optimal indoor climate and environmentally friendly heat output. In addition, the topic of e-mobility has also been considered in the building concept: A photovoltaic system is to produce enough electricity to be able to operate our own fleet of e-vehicles in a climate-neutral manner. All of this will help us in the future to manage the planned growth and to assert ourselves in competition with other tech providers – especially in terms of recruiting and employer branding.

The following milestones show that we are already one of the most successful companies in the Palatinate tech region: We recently expanded our product and corporate teams in the areas of AI and data science as well as communications and presented our new matelso platform to the public for the first time at the DMEXCO trade fair in Cologne. In Q2 2022, we also received innovation funding from the state of Rhineland-Palatinate in the amount of 500,000 Euros – from the InnoTop technology funding program of the Ministry of Economics, which is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
